Matt Smith is a founding member and currently serves on the advisory board of Poinciana Advisors Group, LLC. Matt is primarily responsible for client relationship management and business development, and provides strategic insight to our advisory board.
Matt received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida, and is currently a Partner and Shareholder of Ellrich, Neal, Smith & Stohlman, P.A., our accounting affiliate, where he supports the business valuation and litigation services department. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant, registered to practice in the State of Florida, and is Certified in Financial Forensics and Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
